The item is unused, in original packaging, and all tags are intact.

We do not accept returns for:

Hygiene-related or consumable items (e.g., sprays, oils, personal care products)

Orders returned due to customer unavailability or refusal to accept delivery (RTO)
📦 Return Process

Share your order ID, reason for return, and photos/videos of the issue.

Once approved, our team will arrange pickup or guide you to return the item to our warehouse.

After inspection, refund/replacement will be processed.
💰 Refund Policy

Refunds are initiated within 7–10 business days after the returned product passes quality check.

Prepaid refunds go to the original payment method.

COD refunds are made via UPI or bank transfer.

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
🔄 Replacement Option
If the product is available in stock, we can offer a replacement instead of refund (customer choice).
