We want you to love your purchase, but if there’s any issue, we’re here to help. Please read our return and refund terms below carefully.


🧾 Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only if:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or wrong item.

  • You contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo/video proof.

  • The item is unused, in original packaging, and all tags are intact.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used or opened products

  • Hygiene-related or consumable items (e.g., sprays, oils, personal care products)

  • Orders returned due to customer unavailability or refusal to accept delivery (RTO)


📦 Return Process

  1. Email us at rs16634786@gmail.com or WhatsApp at +91 7718088607 within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. Share your order ID, reason for return, and photos/videos of the issue.

  3. Once approved, our team will arrange pickup or guide you to return the item to our warehouse.

  4. After inspection, refund/replacement will be processed.


💰 Refund Policy

  • Refunds are initiated within 7–10 business days after the returned product passes quality check.

  • Prepaid refunds go to the original payment method.

  • COD refunds are made via UPI or bank transfer.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.


🔄 Replacement Option

If the product is available in stock, we can offer a replacement instead of refund (customer choice).


⚠️ Important Notes

  • Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.

  • Please ensure the correct shipping address and contact number during checkout to avoid RTO issues.

  • Products damaged due to customer mishandling are not eligible for replacement/refund.
