❌ Order Cancellation Policy

We currently don’t provide a direct “Cancel Order” option from the website or app.
However, if you wish to cancel your order, please follow the steps below:

  1. 📩 Contact us within 24 hours of placing the order through our support chat or email.

  2. 🧾 Provide your Order ID and reason for cancellation.

  3. 🚚 If the product has not yet been shipped, we’ll cancel it manually and issue a confirmation.

  4. 📦 Once shipped, cancellations are not possible, but you may be eligible for a return (if applicable).
